In view of the fact that Thasae Industrial and General Community College knew that predictable and unexpected continuation of demands are bound to arise in every education establishment, they must proactively develop and implement a plan for dealing with these inevitabilities.
Thus, an educational institution must plan to meet the challenges of effective school facilities maintenance. Subsequently, the consequences of limited school facilities affect teaching and learning, student and staff health, day-to-day building operations, and the long-range fiscal outlook of the educational institution.
A quite accommodating and facilitating school buildings for maintenance plan serves as evidence that school facilities are, and will be, cared for appropriately. Although large capital investment can be squandered when buildings and equipment deteriorate or warranties become invalidated, the failure of the school to provide enough place to cater the needs of the students. Thus, failure to maintain school facilities adequately also discourages future public investment in the education system.
